Liquid manure with more 1% solids will plug a center pivot or sprinkler irrigation systems causing tons of lost time. Using polyacrylamide, this will never happen. Manure separated through this system will contain 80-90 % of the phosphorus 50-60% of the nitrogen, and 25% of the potassium in the solids rather than water.

Separating the value (fiber, solids) from the water in manure will help to prevent fertilizer leeching and waterway contamination during watering and in rain events, once on the field, when used in conjunction with sand lanes (or in closed loops systems) prior to the lagoons.
