Soil Net-EM-1000 Polymer

The liquid application of Soil Net Liquid Polymers is an emulsion or micro dispersion. The Soil Net Liquid Polymers are concentrates that can be applied in low volume with low cost application equipment such as agricultural sprayers or home and garden sprayers, or water tanks with a simple pump. The low volume of polymer greatly reduces the high cost of liquid application equipment such as expensive Hydro seeders that are not easily portable. Other polymer solutions need to be dissolved in large quantities of water which are heavy and difficult to manipulate in areas where erosion control or dust control is needed.

Soil Net-EM-1000 polymer is used in liquid form for spray applications. It is an emulsion formulation with the highest concentration of active polymer and inorganic salts, highly effective in binding, to prevent detachment and loss of soil in rain water runoff in all applications, especially for large areas in a limited time. It is highly effective in binding for very steep slopes with low volume applications, and highly effective in binding and reducing soil loss in agriculture.

Construction application - Year around
Soil Net-EM-1000 polymer is used on steep slopes where dry application is difficult, often requiring hand application. Soil Net -EM1000 prevents soil loss and sediment in road construction projects.

Application of Soil Net EM-1000 polymer is ideal for bare or partially covered soil to prevent soil loss and soil transport, and prevent pore sealing and crust formation. Cover extensive areas with small amount of water (500 gallons acre). Use 1-8 gallons/acre of Soil Net EM-1000 depending on the slope and the type of soil surface all year around during construction in steep slopes applied with hydro seeder. Due to the liquid form it can be applied with conventional agricultural equipment at low volume (15 to 20 gallons per acre).

Agricultural application - Early spring and late fall
During the tilling of the soil and early stage of the crop after germination, the use of Soil Net EM -1000 can prevent soil loss, crust formation, maintains infiltration, water retention, and aggregate stability, use 1 to 6 gallons per acre depending on the slope. The liquid formulation of Soil Net EM-1000 makes it easy for farmers with other products at low volume and helps to comply with the residue requirements of conservation plans.
